New interactive ICEsound website

NEW INTERACTIVE ICESOUND WEBSITE

Danish sound house, ICEpower, releases new interactive website for the audio enhancement software, ICEsound.

Søborg, Denmark, 1st October 2017: With ICEsound installed in portable electrical devices from major brands like ASUS and Samsung, Danish sound house, ICEpower, has released a new interactive website. One of the main goals of the website is to make information about the software product easily accessible for customers and end users. The website’s interactive functionalities are also a way of supporting ICEpower’s clients in their B2C marketing.

Head of Sales & Marketing at ICEpower, Mads Emil Solgaard, explains:

“Our embedded audio enhancement software, ICEsoundtakes audio quality in portable products to new heights. What better way to show that than making customers and end users able to experience it first-hand? Hence the interactive design and functionality. This is also a part of our broader marketing strategy as a B2B company. Our clients should always be able to use ICEpower’s communication in their own B2C marketing.

The new interactive ICEsound website can be experienced at www.icesound.dk, and it’s also accessible by smartphone. If you want more information about ICEsound, please contact Head of Sales & Marketing, Mads Emil Solgaard at SOL@icepower.dk.

New ICEpower website

ICEpower, the Danish innovation-based sound house, releases new main website with webshop and client portal.

Søborg, Denmark, 1st October 2017: Since the buy-out from famous hi-fi electronic-brand, Bang & Olufsen, ICEpower has been on a journey towards independency and brand singularity. With the release of the new main website, ICEpower has taken a huge step in that direction. The site also contains a webshop where clients easily can purchase products and samples using different credit card solutions.

As a high-tech B2B company providing advanced electronic components to the music industry among others, ICEpower has had several overall goals with the new website. Besides creating a new visual identity, which blends the music world and ICEpower’s tech approach, it has been of paramount concern to make information access easy for customers and customer’s customers.

Head of Sales & Marketing at ICEpower, Mads Emil Solgaard, explains: One of the main goals of our new website is to support our customer’s B2C marketing towards end users. Today the world of B2B and B2C marketing is merging and the lines are becoming blurred. Consumers and end users research online to a higher degree to learn about products they contemplate buying. As a pure B2B brand, we therefore have a wish to create an exciting and engaging story around our technology that is relevant to our customers and supports them in their marketing towards end users.

The new ICEpower website can be visited at www.icepower.dk. If you want more information about ICEpower, please contact Head of Sales & Marketing, Mads Emil Solgaard at SOL@icepower.dk.

Lars is also an old friend of the house. Lars held the position as Innovation Manager in ICEpower from 2003 to 2007. Welcome home to Lars and Patrik.

We are now as independent as we can possible become. At the same time, we have the best possible partner one can find in Denmark amongst private equity partners.

ICEpower and MartinLogan collaborate on Purity – the world’s first fully active hybrid electrostatic loudspeaker

Purity, internally powered by ICEpowerASC200, allows an unprecedented level of system connection flexibility. Equipped with a standard RCA line-level input, Purity is able to connect directly to devices such as digital music players, flat screen televisions or even computers. Additional speaker level inputs also allow Purity to function in a more traditional receiver or pre-amp equipped 2-channel or home theatre system. ICEpowers switching amplifier topology is a perfect match for the Purity, with the amplifiers capability of driving the challenging High Frequency capacitive electrostatic load and delivering audio detail and clarity to the loudspeaker system. The Low Frequency section is handled by the high damping factor delivered by the ICEpower amplifying solution, which enables tight bass control. ICEpowers switching amplifier delivers superior efficiency, due to ICEpowers proprietary technologies in audio power conversion, thus enhancing Puritys environmental qualities.
Both MartinLogan and ICEpower are highly aware of the importance of the environmental impact of their products: as a leader in green manufacturing, MartinLogan was one of the first US manufacturers to be fully compliant with the European Union’s WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) laws and regulations. Both ICEpower and MartinLogan products are fully compliant with the RoHS (Restriction on Hazardous Substances) laws and regulations.
Purity incorporates proprietary AirFrame technology and MartinLogan’s advanced MicroPerf Generation 2 diaphragm electrostatic transducer to cover the audible acoustic range with unprecedented high-frequency accuracy and low-level sonic detail. ClearSpar spacers suspend the Generation 2 diaphragm within the electrostatic transducer, enhancing Purity’s transparent look and increasing both efficiency and dynamics. Perfectly integrated MartinLogan engineered dual high-resolution 6.5-inch aluminium cone woofers supply an authoritative bass performance that will give most stand-alone subwoofers a run for their money. State-of-the-art audio transformer and custom crossover engineering ensure a transparent link between the electrostatic panel and woofer. Purity’s crossover employs a proprietary Vojtkoâ„¢ topology for vanishingly low distortion and seamless driver integration. This precision-tuned network preserves miniscule sonic nuances while handling the full dynamics of any source with unparalleled purity, precision, clarity, and openness.

Purity is the third product of MartinLogan to have incorporated ICEpower solutions: the Summit and Vantage active loudspeakers of the ESL Series are also by ICEpower200ASC solutions.
Introduced in January 2005, the Summit electrostat by MartinLogan significantly raised the bar for high-performance audio. A major departure from all things that had come before, Summit combined dual independently powered woofers with MartinLogans most advanced electrostatic transducer to date – the XStat. An XStat electrostatic panel handles the midrange up, delivering the smooth, pristinely detailed, and richly ambient sound that is the hallmark of MartinLogan speakers. The Summit was awarded the 2006 HiFi+ Product of the Year and the 2006 AudioVideoRevolution.com Gear We Love. Erland Fuglsbjerg, the Country Manager of Bang & Olufsen ICEpower America Inc. comments on the collaboration: We at ICEpower are proud that MartinLogan has chosen an ICEpower solution to drive its unique loudspeakers. MartinLogan is very professional in its approach to product development, which they have also proven when integrating ICEpower amplification solutions. It has been a pleasure working with MartinLogans highly professional engineering team.
Mike Lyons, President of MartinLogan, comments: Purity was successfully launched to domestic and international markets in September and selected by Wired Magazine for placement in the Wired Gadget Store in New York City. Critics and consumers have applauded the performance of the Purity and identified the convenience of a fully powered ultra high performance speaker as the reason to buy.
